Once your search is formally underway, we source and screen qualified professionals before introducing candidates who align with your requirements. Selected candidates move through the interview process, and when appropriate, we recommend a 2–5 day in-home trial so both your household and the candidate can experience working together before making a long-term commitment.

To begin a search with Montana Luxury Estate Staffing, a non-refundable $500 Engagement Fee and signed Service Agreement are required. This fee is credited toward your final Placement Fee when a successful hire is made.

For long-term placements, our Placement Fee is 15% of the candidate’s agreed-upon annual gross compensation.

For short-term or temporary placements, our Placement Fee is 25% of the candidate’s total agreed-upon compensation for the assignment.
